What an incredible way to close out Mana Wāhine Week 2025!
Our Celebration Ball was held at Auckland Marist Rugby Club and was pure magic - laughter, dance, tears, joy, and just so much aroha. A room full of powerful wāhine shining bright together. Thank you to everyone who joined us, helped make it happen, and brought their amazing selves to the dance floor.
Ngā mihi nui especially to our hilarious MC - Councillor Josephine Bartley, awesome DJ - AJ Honeysuckle, our amazing photographer - Jalesa Nomani and the incredible working group who made it all happen.
We have posted a selection of the amazing photos we got back from our wonderful photographer in this album on Facebook - if you attended the ball and to see the full album (and download shots of yourself), please email Ren on kiaora@heartmovement.org.nz

it’s sort of an unhealthy relationship with ourselves.”
